Haved (www.haved.shop) provides reliable, secure, and fully insured international shipping solutions. Our primary target market is Singapore; however, we accommodate cross-border distribution globally. All commercial transactions, shipping declarations, and monetary settlements are processed exclusively in United States Dollars (USD).

1. Shipping Fees and Costs

  • Standard Insured Shipping: Free of Charge ($0.00 USD) for all products across the store.
  • Hidden Surcharges: There are no hidden handling fees, logistics surcharges, or unexpected packing fees applied at the final checkout. The price displayed on the product page is exactly equivalent to the product cost at the completion of payment.

2. Order Handling and Transit Timelines

Our total delivery timeline is explicitly separated into Order Handling Time and Package Transit Time as follows:

  • Order Handling Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday through Friday). Orders received during weekends or official Australian national holidays will begin processing on the immediate subsequent business day. Activities include verification, rigorous quality checks, secure protective packing, and handover to the logistics carrier.
  • Transit Time: 7 to 13 Business Days (Monday through Friday). This is the duration from our logistics hub to your designated delivery address in Singapore or other valid international destinations.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 16 Business Days.

3. Tracking and Order Verifications

Within 24 hours of dispatch from our distribution node, a system-generated shipping confirmation email containing a unique, verifiable tracking number will be transmitted directly to your registered email address. Customers can monitor package movement in real-time via our integrated online tracking utility.

4. Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Local Fees

For shipments entering Singapore, goods may be subject to local Goods and Services Tax (GST) or import thresholds as regulated by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). Any applicable import declarations, import duties, or local clearing tariffs are the sole administrative and financial responsibility of the importing consumer. Haved does not collect or pre-calculate external cross-border custom duties during checkout.

5. Address Corrections and Package Redirection

It is the customer's strict responsibility to provide an error-free, complete delivery address. Once an order enters the processing phase (after 12 hours from completion), modifications to the delivery address cannot be executed. Haved shall not be held liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect postal codes, missing unit numbers, or uncollected parcels.
